In addition to the Statutory Warranty provided in Connecticut with new home construction as well as manufacturer’s warranties, By Carrier offers an Industry-Leading Extended Five-Year Warranty on structural defects, roof leaks and water in the basement. This warranty is also transferable to any new homeowners within the five-year period.
