From February 28^th – March 2^nd, the CT Convention Center in Hartford will play host to the annual Connecticut Home & Remodeling Show. Featuring vendors, demonstrations and the student home design competition.

The show is being sponsored by award-winning Connecticut home builder By Carrier, FOX-CT, Liberty Bank, Hartford Magazine and Travelers.

This year’s show will feature a special design itinerary sponsored by Oak & Velvet that will help homeowners plan for remodeling and home improvement projects.

The show hours are as follows:

Friday 5-9pm

Saturday 10-8pm

Sunday 10-5pm

Admission is $12 ($9 for seniors) and a portion of the proceeds will be donated to Hartford’s Camp Courant.

The show will also feature the anticipated Student Home Design Competition. For more than 60 years the HBRA has held the design contest and is an opportunity for Connecticut high school students to demonstrate their creative and technical skills. The first place design wins a $1,000 cash prize and a $1,500 scholarship. There are cash prizes for second, third and fourth place as well.
