We are very excited to announce that on July 13th we will be unveiling new model homes at the custom home community of Washington Farms in Farmington. The festivities will kick off at 2 pm and include fresh made pizza and refreshments.
The party will conclude at 4 pm and in the meantime you can tour the new custom homes that will include many new features from the By Carrier team.
The new home parcels at Washington Farms will include private wooded locations approximately 1 acre larger and some will have walk-out or day-lit basement options. Each semi-custom home will feature 3-4 bedrooms, 2-1/2 to 3-1/2 bathrooms, 2-3 car garages and will also include a high performance energy efficient system to cut down on utility costs.
A newly constructed “Modified Washington” model home will feature 4 bedrooms and 3-1/2 baths, a two-story foyer and spacious family living room. It will also contain a pampered master bedroom suite and an oversized 3-car garage.
The new model homes will also benefit from By Carrier’s involvement with new green features that use many American-made products and supplying economical natural gas heating and cooling. These homes will also include the industry-leading By Carrier 5-year warranty that covers water in the basement, roof leaks and structural defects.
