If we wanted to stay in our present home, we knew major changes had to be made (washer/dryer from cellar to 1st floor, new kitchen and the addition of a 1/2 bath).

My wife Jenny and I recently moved into our new home built by the Carriers. From the initial meeting through the final walk through, the builder Gino Carrier and his son Ryan were always available and immediately responsive to all of our questions and concerns. Ryan works as the corporation’s Construction Manager. He ensured a timely and agreed-to closing. Our attorney could not believe that the “punch list” contained only several minor items as he was accustomed to closings with lists several pages long. Ryan continues to be available for questions and to resolve minor concerns. He actually stopped by this past Saturday to program and explain the functions of our state-of-the-art thermostats. We do not believe there are many builders who make themselves available to the homeowner after the closing.

We were just tired of maintaining our 2.16 acres and a big house. We have much better things to do with our time. What really attracted me was the space here, 76 acres of gorgeous land. I am a real estate professional, but I never had a sense of space like I did when I came here.
